Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use I Love Presentations. Please read them carefully. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
1. Who we are
I Love Presentations is operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address, Malta], company registration number [Company registration number], VAT number [VAT number]. Contact: [[email protected]].
2. The service
I Love Presentations lets you create new presentations from a description, and improve existing presentations using your brand materials. Presentations are delivered as downloadable files, such as .pptx.
3. AI-generated content
Presentations are created with artificial intelligence, using Claude models from Anthropic. AI can make mistakes, including incorrect facts, figures or names. You are responsible for reviewing all content before you use, share or present it.
Files we generate may include a note in their properties stating that they were created with AI.
Results are generated for each request, so similar requests from different users may produce similar content.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or use the service on behalf of a business that has authorised you.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One free deck is available per person. Creating multiple accounts to get more free decks is not allowed.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload, such as documents, presentations, logos and brand guidelines. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including any logos, images and brand materials.
Subject to these terms, you own the presentations created for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to create or upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is defamatory, deceptive, hateful or harassing, or that impersonates another person or organisation. You must not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Plans, credits and payments
- Credits: generating or improving one slide uses one credit. Each edit request uses one credit.
- Single deck: a one-off payment for one presentation of up to 15 slides, including 5 edit requests. It does not renew.
- Free plan: one deck of up to 5 slides per person, which you can view online and download as a PDF with a small watermark. Editable .pptx files are not included.
- Pro subscription: billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. On both, 500 credits are added at the start of each month. [Decide: unused credits expire at the end of each month / roll over for one month].
- Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable.
- Cancelling: you can cancel Pro at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the month or year you have paid for.
- Yearly reminder: we email you before a yearly plan renews.
- Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. You can cancel before it applies.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, with some exceptions for digital content. How this works, and our refund rules, are explained in our Refund Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time. If a change significantly reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
10. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits, where the law allows us to exclude them. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents us.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [[email protected]] and we will try to resolve it quickly. Consumers in Malta can also contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA).
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you in advance by email or on the site.
